However, once you receive your trays, you can whiten at your own pace. Once your customized whitening trays are ready, and you have picked up your bleaching gel, you can start whitening at home. You will fill the trays with the gel, according to the instructions set forth by the system’s manufacturer and our team. You can wear the trays while you watch television, work on your computer, clean or do chores. You may have some slight sensitivity at first, but this generally subsides quickly. We will specify how long to wear the trays each day, and how many days to whiten. You will start to see results more gradually with at-home whitening
